Auto Brake & Clutch was founded in the mid-1950’s with a focus on the auto industry. By the late 1980’s it had expanded its capacity to service larger vehicles as well. By the early 1990’s regular operations included repairing heavy duty clutches and brake parts for nearly anything that moves, grinding flywheels for all kinds of trucks, buses, cars, tractors, and manual transmission vehicles, and relining brakes for any machine that needs to stop.
Auto Brake & Clutch has seen competitors come and go over the years. In the early 2000’s there was a resurgence of interest in the flywheel business. However, that was the same time we began our Mobile Unit to provide on-site service to our customers. Our customers loved it and the competitors faded away. We still have the only mobile flywheel resurfacing unit to this day!
We moved to our current location in 2013 and continue to provide top-notch customer service with a focus on efficiency and environmental responsibility today.
